Certificate of Insurance (COI) Instructions for EACs

Exhibiting companies should hold insurance but do NOT need to provide proof of insurance to Show Management. 

Only exhibitor appointed contractors need to send in proof of insurance.

Exhibitor appointed contractors must provide Show Management with a COI incorporating the following information:

• In the field for Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles/Special Items:  AHR Expo, February 10-12, 2025;  Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida;  Exhibiting Company Name and BOOTH #; International Exposition Company as a co-insured.

• Limits of Liability should be as follows:  General liability $1,000,000; Automobile Liability $1,000,000; Workman’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability $1,000,000.

• Certificate Holder:  International Exposition Company, 15 Franklin St, Westport, CT 06880.

Please make sure that the same exhibiting company name and booth # are referenced on the COI and on the EAC Notification form that must be completed if it hasn’t been already.
