  • Hotels: onPeak is the ONLY authorized travel agent of the AHR Expo.

    Shuttle: Free shuttle bus service will operate between the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) and all hotels listed in the show housing program (or points nearby) on show days, February 10 - February 12. A link to the shuttle schedule will be added below prior to the show, but exhibitors should be sure to check the schedule posted in their hotel lobby to confirm the times and exact pick-up locations.

    Parking: Reserved exhibitor lots parking are available at the OCCC. Prices vary based on event and availability.

  • Add content to your profile so that attendees will find you while searching for the directory and add your company to their agenda. Details from this listing will also be used for the printed Show Directory and the official show app.

    Credentials to access the Exhibitor Dashboard will be emailed in late June or early July.

 

Exhibit Planning

  • The purchase price of your booth space includes:

    • 8’ high booth back drape

    • 3’ high draped side dividers

    • Identification sign with company name & booth #. Note: This sign is automatically included for booths up to 300 square feet, but must be specifically requested for spaces larger than 300 square feet.

    All other areas - Blue

    Exhibit Hall Carpet:

    The booths & exhibit area are not carpeted. The aisles will be carpeted as follows:

    Building & Automation & Control - Midnight Blue
    Software Center - Black
    All other areas - Red Pepper

  • Receipt of Freight/Set-up of Exhibits
    Freight should be scheduled to arrive at the time designated for the exhibitor’s booth as shown on the target move-in plan. Once display materials have arrived at the booth, set-up may proceed according to the schedule below.

    All exhibitors who plan to work late (after 5pm or after 3:30pm on Sunday), must notify Show Management via email to info@ahrexpo.com so that security will be instructed to permit them to remain in the hall. Once a person has left the hall after 5pm (or 3:30pm on Sunday), they will not be allowed to re-enter.

    All unpacked crates and shipping material must be labeled and left in the aisles for pick-up before 3:30pm on Sunday. Empty labels will be available at the Exhibitor Services Center. Empty crates and shipping material may not be stored behind your exhibit space or in any utility area.

    Dismantle of Exhibits/Move-out
    The return of empty containers will begin as soon as the aisle carpeting is removed following the close of the show. The entire process will take approximately 12-15 hours. Note: Exhibits must remain intact until the show closes at 4pm on Wednesday.

  • All exhibitors are required to submit their booth plans for approval. Failure to do so may result in the need for inconvenient and potentially costly onsite modifications to your display.

    Show Management reserves the right to prohibit the installation of any exhibit which does not meet its approval. Exhibitors should be sure that all final exhibit designs are within the construction guidelines and then use the form linked below to submit the details to Show Management for review.

    Special attention should be paid to procedures regarding the following:

    • inline booth setback rules

    • double deckers/ceilings

    • display vehicles

    • open flame/hot works demonstrations

    • hanging signs

    Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) Exhibitor Services | Order deadline tbd

    The OCCC is the exclusive provider of aerial rigging/hanging of signs in the building. Assembly of hanging signs or structures must be completed by the exhibitor, an exhibitor appointed contractor, or Freeman labor.

    Exhibitors can request a consultation or estimate for aerial rigging/hanging signs by calling OCCC at 407-685-5555 or emailing rigging@occc.net.

  • Employing a Contractor

    Companies other than the official show contractor (Freeman), may be used by exhibitors.

    Exhibitors who chose to employ an EAC other than Freeman must notify Show Management and the EAC needs to provide proof of adequate liability and workman’s compensation insurance (COIs). No outside setup companies will be permitted without these provisions.
