Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) Notification
Submission deadline: January 6
If you will be utilizing the services of a contractor other than Freeman, please provide the information requested below. This form does NOT need to be filled out for full-time employees of an exhibiting company to perform work in their booth.
The contractor, in turn, must provide Show Management with proof of adequate liability and workman’s compensation insurance.
Certificate of Insurance (COI) Instructions
Exhibiting companies should hold insurance but do NOT need to provide proof of insurance to Show Management. Only exhibitor appointed contractors need to send in proof of insurance.

COIs should incorporating the following information:
In the field for Description of Operations/Locations/Vehicles/Special Items: AHR Expo, February 10-12, 2025; Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida; Exhibiting Company Name and BOOTH #; International Exposition Company as a co-insured.
Limits of Liability should be as follows: General liability $1,000,000; Automobile Liability $1,000,000; Workman’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability $1,000,000.
Certificate Holder: International Exposition Company, 15 Franklin St, Westport, CT 06880.
Please make sure that the same exhibiting company name and booth # are referenced on the COI and the form below.
